Like everyone who has worked with Dave Cox, I feel deeply his loss as a colleague in the State Senate. Although we sat on different sides of the aisle, serving with Dave on the Local Government Committee, was a learning experience in true statesmanship. Dave was a gentleman and a dedicated public servant. I extend my sincere condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues.
